It’s always great to have dreams as they give you a pathway towards your journey.

And these are dreams only that boost your energy into your passion .

Well, dreams are not only the fantasy scene that you dreamed when you sleep.

Dream is basically a , passion to achieve something , a positive way to make your fantasy into reality.

And this type of dream are mostly seemed by open eyes and not in sleep .

These dreams , even gives you wing to fly and overcome all the barriers of your path.

These are , responsible for flying your sleep.

So , its upto every individual that how they dream.

few people , basically dreams a lot but don’t put their effort to full fill them , so this is basically become their fantasy , where you imagine things beautiful and great but thing not happen in reality.

Friendship day

Hello friends , i hope you all enjoying your holiday.

Firstly, a very happy friendship day to all my friends from every phase of my life .

It’s not been so full of life and joyful my journey without your company and support.

Well , in friendship all days are special to be celebrated but still this first Sunday of august is celebrated as the “friendship day”.

On this day , a special band and gift is mostly exchanged by friends to give some precious memories.

Well , friendship is only the purest relation that someone decide to go along for an eternal journey of life without personal benefit.

I know , we have a wide range of friends that show different colours on different times😆.

But those who are colourless , are only one you should go for , as they don’t change their mind and nature upto the situation and need.

I am really thankful to god that i have gemstones in my life who may not daily talk to me but still they figure out my concern without knowing.

Their concern and true friendship means a lot to me , as their strong faith and motivation always give me positivity towards my life.

And , from my depth of my heart , i feel same for them.

I will be there for them whenever they need , i will definitely stop them if i found them wrong and definitely i will fight with them to correct them.

My friendship is about to be with them to grow , show trust and full fill their life with an art of living good life with good thoughts.

I know , talking great thoughts is easy , rather than approaching them .

But once you apply them , they will become part of your conscience.

Anger ….. the destruction

Anger is an aggression that comes out when you are unable to accept a situation , moment and statement.

In technical terms , “Anger is a natural response to perceived threats. It causes your body to release adrenaline, your muscles to tighten, and your heart rate and blood pressure to increase.”

Well , its a natural thing that happens with every single person , but every person handle this with their own ways .

Like , few responses verbally and few physically and some peoples take self destruction.

Anger can be arise anytime for any particular talk or action that is not acceptable for you.

While , it brings only a negative impact as it vanishes your relationships and it kills your positivity.

And most especially , it adversely affect your health because due to anger stress came that is harmful .

People lost their mind of peace.

So firstly find out the reasons for your anger , what makes you do angry so much?

So here are main causes :

There are lots of reasons can be responsible for anger because every single person take it with their own ways , like a situation may be very rude for you but may be others it’s okay , any irrelevant action can make you angry , it can be any situation like :

  • Criticism
  • Injustice
  • Depression
  • Invalid comment
  • Irrelevant behaviour
  • Lack of sleep
  • Social isolation
  • Anxiety
  • Stressed

Many individuals can have underlying difficulties with severe low self-esteem, as well as problems with mistrust and past abuse issues. There may be many interlocking features that have led an individual to develop anger problems.

So its really important for conquer your anger and maintain yourself.

Sometimes with the heat of the argument we said those things that we don’t want to express and that are basically very hardened to listen.

But , later we feel guilty and think why we do that .

Anger sometimes becomes too violent and due to that results are really worse.

  • Always think twice before saying anything in anger as you may regret for that.

When you got to know about your very first pregnancy……

In your constant life , suddenly you got to know that you are pregnant 🤰, and its your first pregnancy so , all the surprise and joy comes from heart through my eyes .

Believe me , my happiness could not expressed through my heart that how eagerly i was waiting for that day .And suddenly the moment came and boost my life with happiness .

And even its a news of ray of hope and joy for family to as i was concern about my pregnancy from past year.

Getting know about is really auspicious .

I started reading blogs about motherhood , pregnancy and regarding everything regarding my pregnancy.

It was my first trimester , and believe me my situation is not so well , my food habits are worse as i fear to eat because i feel if I would eat then i will again vomit 🤢.

There was continuous morning sickness and nothing digested .

Even , doctor’ s prescribed medicine don’t work for vomit .

I feel sick and mostly depends on citrus fruits so that my taste changes .

After 1st trimester , things change and now the vomit slow down but still , i really don’t like food there was nothing i like to have .

But still manage to have as its all about baby growth.

I hate coconut water , and still for water requirement for baby i drink and honestly even till now i hate to have it .

In second trimester , my body get stiff , if once i sit them hardly i manage to standup .

And in this phase , i start feeling baby’s movements and baby was to active wether its day or night i use to feel all kicks in my womb.

I try to read holy books during that phase , as people suggest its good for bAby.

basically , I listen everybody’s advise for giving best to my baby .

But still , during eighth month of my pregnancy i got deficiency of water for baby and go through a premature c section surgery.

And my angel comes to my arms from my womb .

She was weak but still fine .

My very first pregnancy Was really a complicated journey but the fruit i got is above everything 😍.

So here are some tips to take during your first pregnancy :

👉🏻 be happy about your this journey .it will give you positive vibes that are good for baby.

👉🏻increase fluid and healthy food.

👉🏻add more vitamins and minerals to your meals.e.g- omega , iron , calcium.

👉🏻drink coconut water , its really good for baby .

👉🏻read holy books and motherhood post .

👉🏻 take lots of sleep and rest .

👉🏻take multivitamin containing DHA and EPA.

👉🏻 do get your flu vaccines on time .

👉🏻increases your weight smartly .

👉🏻do yoga asanas that are beneficial during pregnancy .

👉🏻always listen your love one’s advises , as their experiences are worthy.

👉🏻be punctual to your diet chart , its really important for baby’s growth.

👉🏻observe baby’s movements and your health.

👉🏻go for regular check up on time .

Have a happy journey of your first pregnancy , every pregnancy have different symptoms and situations so try all suitable ways to go through that phase .

Now , there are few don’t to for first time pregnancy :

👉🏻 don’t stay sad and depressed , as it had adverse effects on baby’s health.

👉🏻 don’t run and jump .

👉🏻avoid papayas and pineapple .

👉🏻 avoid junk foodstuffs .

👉🏻 be careful regarding intimacy during first trimester and even later.

👉🏻don’t panic on small things .

👉🏻don’t drink alcohol .

👉🏻don’t smoke.

👉🏻don’t take too much caffeine.

👉🏻don’t take hot tub bath .
